Panha 403 Block Page
Panha 403 Block Page is a custom 403 block page that I built for PT Panha Network Solution.
It is used in two different contexts:
- the Technitium DNS block page at
internet-sehat.panhanetwork.net - the ULO (
Uji Laik Operasi) block page variant for operational use

1. Technitium DNS Block Page
This version is the block page used in the company environment through Technitium DNS.
It presents a clear 403 warning, explains that access is blocked according to Indonesian policy, and redirects the user to Google after a short delay.
2. ULO Block Page
This version is the block page used for ULO (Uji Laik Operasi).
It follows the same blocking theme, but with a cleaner official notice layout that is easier to present in operational validation contexts.
Why I Made It This Way
I wanted the block page to feel:
- clear
- branded
- compliant
- easy to recognize
That way, the message is still formal, but it remains visually consistent with PT Panha Network Solution.

This project is part of internal company work and is not meant to be used as a public demo outside the intended environment.
